Meet Stefanie Casale, our company administrator and Director of Marketing at Symphony Development Group. Stefanie started working at Symphony part-time in 2021 and then came on board full time in January of this year.
Exceptional Qualities that Set Stefanie Apart
What makes Stefanie unique is that he routinely foresees the client’s and her team's needs and ensures that they’re met, making her extremely loved. She assists the company with running payroll, keeping the CEO’s schedule, finding new clients, client relationships, social media content, and anything else that the company may need at a given time. She invariably goes the extra mile, takes the initiative, and makes Symphony Development Group look good.
The reason we are featuring her on our blog this month is to show our appreciation for all she does for Symphony Development Group and our team. As an administrator, she is the staff Go To! She keeps her fingers on all Symphony activities, tasks and clients. In addition, Stef heads up all Marketing activities and gets our company name and performance into the marketplace.
Life Beyond Work
When Stef is not keeping all of us organized, she enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and hanging out with friends. In addition, she is pursuing her MBA and only needs three more classes!
